About Your Order
Can you cancel your order?

Yes you can.
There are two different cases:

- your order has not been shipped:

1. You contact the Client Service by email at the following address: commande@greenbeautybites.com
2. You should indicate in the email object: « Order Cancellation »
3. In the email text, please provide the affected order number or the targeted products.
4. An email acknowledging receipt of the cancellation request will be sent to you.
5. The order will immediately be cancelled and you will be reimbursed through the same method of payment originally used for the order, within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days after receiving the cancellation request.

What are the discount exclusions ?

Unless otherwise mentionned, the following products are always excluded from our discount offers:

About Your Payments
What are the means of payment accepted on the Website?

On www.greenbeautybites.com, you can :

- pay with your credit cards through Payzen - French National, International Visa and Mastercard,
- use PayPal (with or without a PayPal account),
- pay by bank transfert if you wish (but you will be responsible for all transfer fees that may apply) .

Can I pay with American Express, Cofinoga, Discover... ?

Shipping Options and Prices

We do ship internationally, with several options, from Economical, Classical to Express, depending on the countries.
We offer free shipping on orders over 55€ in France and Monaco, over 150€ or 190€ Euros for most of Europe and over 250€ for worldwide shipping.

Returns

In accordance with the article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, upon receiving your order, you have a period of fourteen (14) full calendar days to exercise your withdrawal right without the need to justify your motive and without incurring penalties.

The cosmetic products concerned by this disposition are only the products that are still whole, unused and sealed, in their intact original packaging, with all accessories.

Only the price of the concerned products and the standard shipping costs (meaning the least expensive shipping cost option) proportionally to the returned products will be reimbursed. The return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

The procedure to follow would be as below:

1. You contact the Client Service by email at the following address: commande@greenbeautybites.com
2. You should indicate in the email object: « Order Withdrawal »
3. In the email text, please provide the affected order number, the targeted products.
4. An email acknowledging receipt of the withdrawal request will be sent to you, confirming awareness of your request by GreenBeautyBites, with the elements you provided and we will forward the “Withdrawal Form” to be completed, signed and sent back with the products. (Form also available at the following address: https://www.greenbeautybites.com/pages/Legal, tab “Forms”)
5. You then send back the products to be returned, within fourteen (14) calendar days, carefully wrapped and protected, by registered shipping, at the following address:

The products to be returned are to be in their original state, whole (accessories, notice, protective film…), unused and sealed, in their original packaging intact, ready for sale as new.

The “Withdrawal Form” must be completed, signed and added to the return parcel.

No claim will be recognized for returns done without registered shipping.

6. After receipt of the returned products by GreenBeautyBites and validation of their correct condition by the Client Service, you will be reimbursed through the same method of payment originally used for the order, within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days after receipt of the returned products, date of receipt as per Carrier’s tracking data.

About Your Account
Do I need an account to order on the website?

No, you can order as a guest, without checking in if you prefer.
But having an account is easier for you to keep updated with the website news, or keep up with all the beautiful products you ordered previously.

How can I create an account ?

There are two ways for you to create an account:

- On the top bar of the website, click on "Account". It will guide you to the "Login" page or "Create your account".

- During checkout, when filling the shipping address in, you'll have the choice between a "Guest" checkout, to log into your existing account or to create an account at that time.

When creating an account, all mandatory fields are marked with a "*".
